By joining the plan you confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions below.
This is a preventive dental care membership plan and not an insurance product.
A minimum initial term of 12 months applies to all memberships.
Following the initial term, the plan continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with one month's notice.
If the plan is cancelled within the initial 12 month period, the practice reserves the right to recover the cost of any discounts applied to treatments received during the membership.
The 10% discount applies to most general dental treatments but excludes Implants, Invisalign, Spark Aligners, and specialist services.
All treatments are subject to clinical suitability.
Membership benefits are available once the first payment has been successfully collected.
Membership discounts on treatment do not apply if using 0% finance options to pay for dental treatment.
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange any dental examination or hygienist appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the appointment being deducted from your annual membership allowance.
